Eagle Ridge is a subdivision of Newtown Crossing. The community was built in the late 1980's by Paparone Builders and sits between Richboro Rd. (Rt. 332) and Bucks Rd. (Rt. 532). The townhomes range in size from about 1,200 - 1,900 sq. ft. and offer 2 - 3 bedrooms and up to 2.5 baths on average.
The Eagle Ridge Association is approximately $175 per month and covers Common Area Maintenance, Exterior Building Maintenance Lawn Maintenance, Snow Removal, Trash Removal, Swim & Club House Fee. There is a one time capitol contribution due from the buyer at settlement that is approximately $500.
