Newtown Station was built in 2007 in Newtown Borough by Toll Brothers on the old Frost and Watson Lumber Yard next to the old Newtown Train Station, hence the name. The types of homes range from 2 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath condos between 1,500 - 1,600 sq. ft to 3 - 4 bedroom townhomes some with lofts/ 5th bedrooms and 3 and half baths that are approximately 3,000 - 4,000 sq. ft. All of the townhomes have garages. The Newtown Station association fee is approximately $450 per month for the condos and $465 per month for the townhomes. The association fee covers Common Area Maintenance, Exterior Building Maintenance, Lawn Maintenance, Snow Removal, and Trash Removal. There is also a one time capital contribution due at settlement of approximately $1,000. Goodnoe Elementary, Newtown Middle School, & Council Rock North High School serve the Newtown Station community. Updated 10/23/17.
