Phillips Court was built by DJS Custom Builders in 2006 and is adjacent to Barclay's Court located off of State St. in Newtown Borough. DJS constructed 14 all brick townhomes that are approximately 3,000 sq. ft. and have a federal design to them similar to what you would find in Society Hill in Philadelphia. The design Toll Brothers used in the Newtown Walk and Newtown Station communities are similar as well. McGrath Homes have now taken over Phillips Court and are offering some new construction. Phillips Court townhomes offer garages, basement and fireplaces and the association fee is approximately $460 per month and it covers Common Area Maintenance, Exterior Building Maintenance, Lawn Maintenance, Snow Removal, Trash Removal & All Grounds Fee. There is also a one time capital contribution of approximately $1,000 due at settlement.
